The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. By using this site, you agree to these terms of use. Privacy Policy

This site collects personal data only so that we may fulfill an order or request. Recycling Equipment Corporation does not lease, sell or otherwise release any personal information to outside companies.

Recycling Equipment Corporation may disclose personal information we collect if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process, to respond to claims, to protect the rights, property or safety of others.

Recycling Equipment Corporation may at times internally use the information to directly market its products, services, or for safety recalls or updates. If you do not want to receive any contact from us in any form in the future, please let us know by sending us via any of the above methods of email, phone or postal addresses.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Recycling Equipment Corporation shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Recycling Equipment Corporation shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Order Acceptance

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Recycling Equipment Corporation, reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Labor

We will not pay or refund any labor costs incurred by any customer or installer of the products purchased at this website unless specifically covered in writing on individual equipment purchase warranties.

Freight

All prices quoted are F.O.B. Lansdale, PA. Shipping dates are estimated and contingent upon receipt of a formal purchase order and/or credit approval. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for delays in shipment. Claims for damaged freight or shortages will not be considered unless they are submitted in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of the merchandise. Taxes

Prices do not include City, County, State, or Federal taxes unless specifically noted. All applicable taxes shall be paid by the buyer unless proper Exemption Certificate is furnished. Claims for merchandise lost or damaged during transit must be made against the carrier by the consignee.

Returns and Refunds

Written permission or return authorization number must be obtained from the Company before merchandise may be returned for credit. All transportation charges for returned merchandise must be PREPAID by the shipper. Returned merchandise must be in unused saleable condition. No returns after 30 days. Non-stock, special fabricated, or ordereded items may subject to restocking fees and/or not returnable . Refunds made upon receipt and approval of above.

Warranty

Parts are warranted for a period of 30 days from date of shipment. During that period the Company will replace any defective part not including any cost of labor or air freight charges. Warranty does not apply to improperly used or installed parts. Equipment purchase warranties may vary from purchases made in "As-Is Condition" with no warranty to "New Equipment" with full manufacturers warranty. See each individual listing. All equipment purchases should be verified with our sales department.

Payments

All major credit cards accepted and terms to follow their specific conditions. Companies with pre-established charge accounts: Standard terms are Net 30 Days. Invoice is considered delinquent if not paid within 30 day terms and are subject to a service charge of 1-1/2% per month starting sixty (60) days from date of invoice.

Use of our HTML, images, and or ideas and concepts by you or other third parties for purposes other than those expressed or implied is strictly prohibited and may violate the copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy laws and other laws and regulations. Limitation on Liability

Recycling Equipment Corporation, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Recycling Equipment Corporation, has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site.
